Low-Res Photo Enhancing 3

This was a hard photo to enhance; a great test for me! I went for a soft look with this one. As you can see in the original photo, the quality was absolutely disgraceful, so I think I managed to at least get it a little more fashionable looking if nothing else. What do you think?
