It's my buddy Palt! One of the closest guy friends I've ever had (the majority of my friends have always been girls). He's like a big brother to me.

This is the first time I've done a vector portrait of someone I actually know, and it's also the first time I've done a real person in my style.

I'm STILL having trouble with artist's block, so this was a good way to help me create something despite my lack of motivation. It was hard starting this, but once I got farther into it and the face was turning out well, I was pretty excited.

I realize he's not doing much as far as the pose goes, but that's just how Palt is in real life; pretty laid back and easy going. If I did a vector portrait of myself however, I'd probably be doing some stupid twirling pose with my hands up in the air. Haha!
